Booforge Steel has a long tradition. Over 350 years, to be a little more precise. It was back in 1646 that it all began, with genuine open die forging in the Swedish town of Karlskoga. The forging business continued for many years within Alfred Nobel’s well-known company Bofors.

Over the years Booforge Steel has built up unique materials expertise and quality awareness. The company is currently a leading player in its product areas: lifting forks (Fork) and free-form forging (Form).
