The product range also includes various accessories and a number of standard forks.
Lifting forks
Lifting forks are available either as blanks or as complete welded forks. We specialise in designing and producing customised fork blanks or complete welded lifting forks, and in addition to welding our finishing process includes machining, testing, blasting, and painting, depending on our customers’ needs.
Our lifting forks are fully traceable and individually marked throughout the production chain and onward to the customer. In addition to fork blanks we also handle and inventory components, for finished welding of blanks to complete lifting forks and fork carriers.
We offer a broad range of high-quality materials for lifting forks, with a particular focus on RO 651. When extra high yield strength is required, we use HRO 774. Customers can also make special arrangements for lifting forks in stainless steel or other steel grades.
We also manufacture complete fork carriers and other accessories.
All work is carried out within the framework of our quality system, which is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-2.
